Chocolate Amaretto Fondue

        Ingredients:
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
 - 2 tbsp Vain 10th Anniversary Vanilla - Costa Rican Vanilla extracted in Amaretto
 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter
 - Pinch of salt
 
For Dipping (Choose Your Favorites):
- Fresh strawberries
 - Sliced bananas
 - Marshmallows
 - Cookies or shortbread
 - Cubed pound cake or brownies
 - Pretzels
 
Directions:
- 
Heat the Cream:
In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Do not let it boil. - 
Add Chocolate:
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the chocolate until fully melted and smooth. - 
Incorporate Flavors:
Stir in the Vain Vanilla - Costa Rican Vanilla extracted in Amaretto, butter, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is silky and glossy. - 
Serve:
Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot or heatproof bowl to keep warm. Arrange your dipping items on a platter around the fondue. - 
Enjoy:
Dip your favorite items into the chocolate and enjoy the rich, almond-kissed flavor.
