Brown Sugar Vanilla Shaken Iced Latte
Ingredients:
¼ cup very strong cold coffee
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Vanilla Syrup*
½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice (almond, cashew, coconut)
2 cups Ice cubes, divided
1 teaspoon Vain Vanilla, I used Spiced Vanilla Drops
Directions:
In a mason jar or container with tight fitting lid, combine coffee and 1-2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Vanilla Syrup (to taste). Add about ½ cup ice. Cover tightly and shake until frothy.
Add 1 cup ice to a tall glass. Pour in milk of choice.
Top off with frothy coffee mixture. Mix. Add more ice, if desired. Can top it with more Vain Spiced Vanilla Drops!
*Brown Sugar Vanilla Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed. Over medium heat, stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool, add 1 teaspoon Vain Vanilla, then pour into a glass container. Keeps for two weeks in the refrigerator.
