Vain continues its pursuit of innovative vanilla extracts, with our newest variety. We carefully selected a long and fragrant vanilla bean grown in tropical Costa Rica. These beans have notes of mocha, caramel, raisins, and dried fruit.
This plump bean pairs perfectly with amaretto, a sweetened liqueur made from almonds. As long-time bakers, we love recipes that contain almond flavor and are excited to add this unique vanilla extract to our lineup.
