Madagascar vanilla beans are superior in flavor.  We only use Grade A beans to make this wonderful extract. The cane rum is a perfect partner for Madagascar beans, creating a sweeter, richer, more flavorful extract. We use it in whipped cream served with summer berries or winter desserts like bread pudding and pumpkin pie. It's that versatile!
